Connecting over 6 Million+ like-minded gamers to Kick Ass in their favorite games
In Spring of 2016, Beerock ran their Kickstarter to fund their new platform: For the Win (FTW). FTW is the evolution of our existing Looking for Group (LFG) sites. It's designed to be an instant community that quickly connects you to like-minded gamers to play your favorite games, your way. The campaign was a superb success, despite not reaching it's fundraising goal, because of the marketing efforts that drove industry awareness, invaluable insights for Beerock's gaming audience and elevated what is capable within the community and LFG systems. The team is currently pivoting FTW, based on the Kickstarter intel, so that the MVP version can be released later in 2016.
Launched by Brock Busby in 2014, DestinyLFG.com is the leading Looking for Group "LFG" site for the hit game Destiny. It set the standard for seamless LFGs and extended Destiny's playability for most gamers by an average of 6 months. For many gamers, LFG was a new term, but it has now become a standard acronym outside of the MMO gaming audience, reinforcing the need for enhanced community and utility.
Call of Duty Looking for Group (LFG), CODLFG.com, launched in November 2015 to coincide with the release of Call of Duty: Black Ops 3. The site continues to grow, mainly thanks to extending the playability of the Zombies franchise and players finding quality groups for competitive play. In coming months will support the release of Infinite War and the remastering of Modern Warfare.
The 2016 blockbuster The Division, was the most anticipated action MMO since Destiny. The team at Beerock saw the opportunity - regardles of the in-game matchmaking system - to provide a Looking for Group (LFG) site to gamers to find quality teams for the casual and competitive gamer. Beerock tested an early release of TheDivisionLFG.com during the closed Beta, and then launched the site to the general public in March 2016. With over 20,000 facebook likes and growing, TheDivisionLFG.com has become one of the most popular LFG sites for fans of The Division.
Beerock's newest site, OverwatchLFT.com, launched in May, 2016 to support fans of mega-hit Overwatch. Seeing the demand - regardless of the in-game matchmaking for players to find quality teams of casual and competitive players - Beerock launched a beta and now full site. This is Beerock's first site to support the action MOBA game, and decided to market towards the Looking for Team (LFT) concept.
